Warranty Policy


3-Month & 6-Month Limited Warranty

Motherly® stands behind the quality of its products. This Limited Warranty applies to all Motherly® products purchased from motherlystore.com or any authorized marketplace, including Amazon, Flipkart, FirstCry, Nykaa Fashion, Blinkit, and any other current or future authorized sales channels.

Warranty Coverage

Motherly® provides a 3-month and 6-month limited warranty starting from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects only, including:

  • Defects in stitching

  • Zipper malfunctions

  • Seam or strap defects

  • Fabric defects arising under normal use conditions

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Overloading beyond recommended capacity

  • Improper use, handling, or storage

  • Incorrect cleaning methods (hard machine wash, soaking, ironing, or bleaching)

  • Accidental damage, cuts, stains, burns, or tears

  • Water damage beyond the product’s stated water-resistant properties

How to Claim Warranty

To raise a warranty request within 6 months of delivery, please email us at:

Kindly include the following details:

  • Order ID or invoice copy

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

  • Platform of purchase (website or marketplace)

All claims are subject to inspection and verification by the Motherly® team.

Resolution

If a valid manufacturing defect is confirmed, Motherly® may, at its discretion:

  • Repair the product, or

  • Replace the product

Important Notes

  • This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser

  • Proof of purchase is mandatory

  • Cosmetic variations do not affect warranty eligibility

  • Liability is limited to the product’s purchase value

  • Customers are responsible for sending the product to the designated service station for inspection and resolution

  • Shipping instructions will be shared by Motherly® during the claim review process

Care Reminder

Care and usage instructions are provided on the attached hang-tag. Any damage caused by misuse or improper care is not covered under this warranty.
