Motherly® Warranty Policies
At Motherly, we design products to support parents through real life. Our warranty structure reflects this commitment — combining short-term manufacturing assurance with long-term care responsibility.
This policy explains both warranties clearly.
1. Limited Manufacturing Warranty
(3 Months & 6 Months, applicable to selected Motherly products)
Motherly provides a Limited Manufacturing Warranty of 3 months or 6 months (as applicable to the specific product), starting from the date of delivery.
What Is Covered
This warranty covers manufacturing defects only, including but not limited to:
- Defective stitching
- Faulty zippers or hardware
- Material defects present at the time of delivery
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Motherly will repair or replace the product or affected part at its discretion.
What Is NOT Covered Under the Limited Warranty
The limited manufacturing warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by overloading beyond reasonable use
- Improper use, handling, or storage
- Incorrect cleaning (hard machine wash, soaking, ironing, bleaching)
- Accidental damage (cuts, tears, burns, liquid damage, etc.)
- Cosmetic aging that does not affect functionality
- Unauthorized alterations or repairs
- Water damage beyond stated water-resistant properties
2. Free Lifetime Care Warranty
(Applicable to All Motherly products)
In addition to the limited manufacturing warranty, Motherly offers a Free Lifetime Care Warranty on all its manufactured products — regardless of price range.
This warranty is valid for the usable lifetime of the product.
What the Lifetime Care Warranty Covers
Under this program, Motherly promises to service the product at its own cost, which may include:
- General cleaning
- Minor repairs such as:
- Stitching reinforcement
- Zipper or accessory repairs
- Button, snap, or trim fixes
- Functional corrections to restore usability
This warranty is intended to extend product life and reduce unnecessary replacement.
What Is NOT Covered Under Lifetime Care
The lifetime care warranty does not cover:
- Damage due to misuse, abuse, or negligence
- Structural damage caused by extreme overloading
- Damage from sharp objects, chemicals, or fire
- Products that have undergone unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Damage beyond economical or technical repair
Normal cosmetic aging (minor fading, fabric softening) is considered part of natural use and may not require service.
3. Customer Responsibility (Important)
- The customer is responsible for dropping the product at the authorized Motherly Service Station.
- Motherly does not provide pickup or courier services under any warranty.
- Transportation, logistics, and associated costs must be borne by the customer.
4. Service Evaluation & Timelines
- All products are evaluated by the Motherly Service Team.
- Typical service turnaround time is 7–14 working days, depending on the nature of service required.
- Motherly reserves the right to decide the most appropriate solution — repair, replacement of parts, or refusal — based on feasibility.

5. Proof of Purchase & Authenticity
- Warranty benefits apply only to original Motherly products.
- Proof of purchase may be requested.
Products purchased from:
- www.motherlystore.com
- Authorized marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, FirstCry, Nykaa Fashion, Blinkit, Myntra, or any other official partners) are eligible.
Counterfeit products are not covered.
6. Transferability
- Both warranties apply to the product, not the owner.
- If the product is transferred within a family, warranty coverage continues.
7. Motherly’s Right to Refuse Service
- The product is counterfeit
- Damage is beyond repair
- The claim falls outside the scope of this policy
- The request is inconsistent with reasonable product use
All decisions made by Motherly under this policy are final.
