Acceptable Returns & Refunds
- Damaged product received
- Wrong product received
- Any other mismatch between the product received and the product ordered
Refunds — After We Receive the Product
Refunds are initiated only after the returned product passes quality checks at our warehouse.
Pre-paid orders: Refunds are credited to the original payment source (excluding delivery fees).
Cash on Delivery (COD): The refunded amount (if applicable) will be credited to your preferred payment method.
The refunded amount may reflect in your account within 3–5 business days after processing.
Size Mismatch, Replacement & Exchanges
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, incorrect, or size-mismatch items. Use the WhatsApp button at the bottom-right corner to initiate the process.
If you prefer a refund instead of an exchange, we’ll process it once we receive and inspect the returned product.
Non-Eligible Products
- Used, worn, or washed items
- Damaged items (beyond the original issue reported)
- Items missing packaging or accessories
- Hygiene items such as cloth diapers or baby langots
Order Cancellation
Before Shipping
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you can cancel it by contacting our helpdesk via WhatsApp button (bottom of this page) . Ideally, do this within 24 hours of placing the order.
Refunds for unshipped orders are credited to the original payment account within 7 days. The amount may reflect in your account in 3–5 business days.
After Shipping
Once shipped, orders can’t be canceled. You may refuse delivery, and upon return, we’ll process your refund within 3–7 business days (shipping fee not refundable).
