Returns and Refund Policy


Returns Policy:

In order to get a damaged/defective product replaced, contact us by Email: care@motherlystore.com or Whatsapp +91 8587843473 or Phone +91 8061790061 immediately but not later than 60 days from the date of delivery. 
In the event of a defective/damaged product, you shall have the option to seek a refund or replacement. You can raise a return claim here https://motherlystore.com/pages/return-request 

Please be sure to share images/video of the defective/damaged product. 
The defective product or part of the product will then be recalled and a replacement will be shipped immediately.

In all other cases, If you’re unhappy with the product or the product is not upto your expectation, you may opt for return/replacement by placing a return request on our website (https://motherlystore.com/pages/return-request) immediately but not later than 60 days from the date of delivery of the Product. 

In such cases, please ensure that product being returned fulfils the return criteria set out below:

Return is free for all moms! Return pickup charges will be borne by Motherly.

 

Return criteria:

To be eligible for a return approval, your product must be unused/unwashed/unworn and in the same condition (with tags) that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods and health and personal care items. We also require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Upon receipt of your return request, we shall facilitate a courier pick-up/collection which is usually done within 1-3 working days. Alternatively, you shall also have an option to send the product back to:

Upon receipt of returned product back at our facility the product shall go through quality checks. We shall then contact you to proceed with exchange/replacement/refund based on quality team’s input.

 

Refund (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.

 

Replacement/Exchange (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your request. If approved, we shall dispatch the product within 24 working hours and a tracking id shall be sent on your registered email address.

Customer is permitted to cancel orders prior to its dispatch from Motherly. Upon successfully shipping/dispatch or handing over the Product(s) to our shipping partner, shopper will receive a tracking id/link, which will enable the user to track the status of deliver. 

Prior to the dispatch/shipping, if you decide to cancel the purchase, you can do so by quoting your order ID and contacting us to process a cancellation via any of these channels Email: care@motherlystore.com or Whatsapp +91 8587843473 or Phone +91 8061790061. If your order is processed/dispatched/handed-over to the shipping partner, we are unable to cancel the order.

In such event of a cancellation before dispatch of an order, Motherly shall initiate refunds within 2-3 business days from the date of cancellation request.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
