Returns and Refund Policy


Returns/Replacement Policy:

In order to get a damaged/defective product replaced, contact us by e-mail: care@motherlystore.com or WhatsApp us by clicking the WhatsApp icon on right bottom immediately after receiving the order.
In the event of a defective/damaged product, you shall have the option to seek a replacement.

Please be sure to share images/video of the defective/damaged product. 
The defective product or part of the product will then be recalled and a replacement will be shipped immediately.

In such cases, please ensure that product being returned fulfills the return criteria set out below:
 

Return criteria:

To be eligible for a replacement, your returned product must be unused/unwashed/unworn and in the same condition (with tags) that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods and health and personal care items. We also require your order ID as a proof of purchase.

Upon receipt of your return and replacement request, we shall facilitate a courier pick-up/collection which is usually done within 1-3 working days. Alternatively, you shall also have an option to send the product back to:

Upon receipt of returned product back at our facility the product shall go through quality checks. We shall then contact you to proceed with exchange/replacement based on quality team’s input. 


Replacement/Exchange (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your request. If approved, we shall dispatch the product within 24 working hours and a tracking ID shall be sent on your registered e-mail address.

Customer is permitted to cancel orders prior to its dispatch from Motherly. Upon successfully shipping/dispatch or handing over the Product(s) to our shipping partner, you will receive a tracking ID/link, which will enable the user to track the status of delivery.

Prior to the dispatch/shipping, if you decide to cancel the purchase, you can do so by quoting your order ID and contacting us to process a cancellation via any of these channels e-mail: care@motherlystore.com or WhatsApp (right side bottom) or calling at our toll free number. If your order is processed/dispatched/handed-over to the shipping partner, we are unable to cancel, refund, or replace the order.

In such event of a cancellation before dispatch of an order, Motherly shall initiate refunds within 2-3 business days from the date of cancellation request.

Motherly reserves the right to modify this Return and Refund Policy at any time without having to serve a prior notice to the shopper.
