ACCEPTABLE RETURN AND REFUNDS: 

  1. Damaged product received.
  2. Wrong product received.
  3. Any other type of mismatch in the received item. 

 
REFUND POST RECEIPT OF PRODUCT: 

Refunds will be initiated after the returned product passes quality checks at our warehouse. 

For pre-paid order, the amount will be credited to the source account excluding the delivery fee. 

For Cash on Delivery orders, if available, the refunded amount will be credited back to your Motherly wallet. 

The refunded amount may reflect in your account in 3-5 business days from the date of processing the same. 
 

SIZE MISMATCH AND REPLACEMENT: 

Please can exchange items within 7 days of delivery if they are damaged, defective, incorrect, or if there is a size mismatch. Contact us by clicking the WhatsApp button at right bottom corner in order to initiate the process. 


EXCHANGES:
 

You can exchange items within 7 days of delivery if they are damaged, defective, incorrect, or if there is a size mismatch. Contact us by clicking the WhatsApp button at right bottom corner in order to initiate the process.

If you prefer a refund instead of an exchange, we will issue the amount to your Motherly wallet and it will be done after we receive the returned product. Please note that refunds in the form of wallet balance are available only within 3 days of delivery and it is not applicable to reduction sale or clearance items. 

 
NON-ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS: 

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for: 

  1. Used or worn items
  2. Used and damaged items
  3. Washed items
  4. Items not in their original condition
  5. Products missing original packaging or accessories
  6. Hygiene Items - Cloth diapers, baby langots, etc. 

 

CANCELLATION BEFORE SHIPPING:   

If the order that you want to cancel has not been shipped, you can cancel the order by contacting our helpdesk (WhatsApp icon at right bottom). Best done within 24 hours of placing the order.
  
In case of unshipped orders, the money will be refunded to the same account used for payment, within 7 days of the return request. 

The refunded amount may show in your account in 3-5 business days from the date of processing the same. 

 

CANELLATION POST SHIPPING: 

Post shipping, it is not possible for us to cancel your order. 

However, you have the option to refuse the order at the time of delivery. 

Once the order reaches us, we shall initiate the refund within 3-7 business days. 

Refunds will be issued for the price of the product only, shipping fee at actual shall be applicable in this case and shall not be refunded. 

The refunded amount may show in your account in 3-5 business days from the date of processing the same.
