Do you deliver all over India? 
Yes, we deliver to all Indian postal codes. 

How long will it take to deliver my order? 
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day. Customized orders take around 7-10 days.  Delivery times vary by location.  On an average, an order gets delivered within 7 days, however this may vary for remote locations. 

How can I track my order? 
To track your order status, you can click on "Track Your Order" button located at the extreme right on top of the website.  Mention your order number and there you are!  Alternately, you can contact us by clicking the WhatsApp button on bottom right. 

What if my order is not tracking? 
Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate. Please check back after this period. 

Is there any shipping cost applicable? 
We offer free shipping on all orders above Rs. 499 and minimal charge of Rs. 40 on orders less than Rs. 499. 

What happens if I have entered wrong address? 
We request you to call us on our toll free number 1800-843-5221 before dispatch, so that we can fix the same for you. 

What happens if I am not available at the time of delivery? 
Our courier partner will call you and there will be a re-attempt according to your suitable time.  Also, upon your prior information someone else may be handed over your parcel.
