Return Request thank you

Your Motherly Order Return has been requested for approval.

Below are the step wise events for your clear understanding:

Step 1: You raise a return request and it comes to us for approval.

Step 2: As soon as we approve your return, you shall receive an e-mail notification

Note:  If the return is not eligible for a pickup then a self-return option will be given to you.  In such a case, shipping charge shall also be reimbursed to you.

Step 3: For eligible return pickup, courier boy will come to your provided address to pick up the product.

Step 4: Once we receive your product back, we initiate the refund after it is found satisfactory.

Note:  Please note that for all COD orders, the amount shall be refunded to your Motherly wallet.
