Below are the step wise events for your clear understanding:
Step 1: You raise a replacement request and it comes to us for approval.
Step 2: As soon as we approve your replacement, you shall receive an e-mail notification.
Note: If the replacement is not eligible for a pickup then a self-return option will be given to you. In such a case, shipping charge shall also be reimbursed to you.
Step 3: For eligible replacement pickup, courier boy will come to your provided address to pick up the product.
Step 4: Once we receive your product back, we initiate a replacement after it is found satisfactory.
