Our Motherly Care Card is a product of customer loyalty and satisfaction. Owing to our ethics and principles, we ensure that our clients and customers are satisfied, protected, and appeased. With that being the case, we offer Motherly Care Cards with every Motherly Product.

How do you register it?

1. Find the Clickable ‘Register’ button towards the end of the page.
2. Once the new page opens, fill in all the necessary details. Ensure the information provided is updated and correct.
3. After filling the complete form, click on the submit button.

Terms & Conditions

1. Motherly will be granting either 3, 6, 9 or 12 months of warranty, based on the purchased product.
2. Motherly Care Card will be activated on manufacturing defects, beginning from the date of your purchase.
3. The additional 1-month warranty shall only be granted if the care card is registered within seven days from your date of purchase.
4. Motherly will not be liable in any way to replace the products/accessories/parts damages by; dry running, normal wear & tear, mishandling, unauthorized repairs or altercations, unauthorized access by the non-buying party.
5. To avail of your Motherly Care Card, a consumer must return the defective product to the Motherly registered office within the initial seven days of the warranty claim. The product pickup will be initiated and arranged by Motherly within seven days of the claim.
6. The Care Card is not transferable.
